After IN MOTION j.d.o.o. receives the deposit payment, the booking confirmation will be issued. After balance payment receipt, IN MOTION j.d.o.o. sends to client the final travelling document as a PDF document providing all necessary travel information.
Clients are not required to travel with any sort of paper document, voucher or confirmation letter. IN MOTION j.d.o.o. advises to all clients to travel with a final traveling document issued. This document contains all relevant information for their travel (such as booked services, meeting times & points, agents contact numbers, vehicle description etc.).
IN MOTION j.d.o.o. strongly advise client to check the latest information with the nearest embassies in country, confirmation documents, as well as checking passport validity prior to travel. In case of special requests or additional documents needed regarding arrival to Croatia, IN MOTION j.d.o.o. will state them in your traveling document. It is client’s direct responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of the correct documentation prior to travel.
